Booking Terms and Conditions

Reservation: The String Quartet will secure your event date and time on our calendar with a $100 deposit. Quartet price is determined by location of event and duration of playing. There is no penalty for canceling more than 30 days in advance and the deposit will be returned. However, if cancellation occurs under 30 days, the deposit is forfeited.

Performance Specifications: Detailed instructions are helpful at the time of booking including: starting and stopping time, specific song requests and driving directions. It is useful to have a point person at the event to greet the quartet, communicate any last minute details, cue the musicians and facilitate final payment.

Special Requests: We do have additional music not listed on our repertoire sheet. However, if there are special requests for musical numbers we do not have, an additional fee will be assessed to purchase and arrange the music.

Payment: The String Quartet requires payment in full on the day of the performance, unless other arrangements have been made. The $100 deposit is applied to the final charge.

Musician Requirements: The String Quartet requests four armless chairs and ample space to accommodate the performers and their music stands. If the event is outdoors, proper shading and protection from the elements (sun, rain, snow, etc) is required to avoid potential damage to instruments. The String Quartet reserves the right to substitute performers if original quartet members are unavailable.
